v0.11 Changes

Change Log

• Fixed bug where the same team players could tag their own team
• Added console command set_team_of_player <player_name> <team_number> for Server Host ONLY to manually change players teams
• (Runner - 0, Denner - 1, Spectator - 2)

Known issues

• Tutorial is still really bad (I'm sorry)
• Ball is slightly laggy
