Change Log

• Added a spectate option in the pause menu
• Players who are NOT server hosts can choose to enter as a player or spectator at the start of the game
• Players can change to spectators whenever they want to

Known issues

• Time still runs if a person is spectating
• Spectating players keep gaining scores even if they aren't playing
